县级电网全网电压无功优化控制的研究及实施 被引量:5

摘要 在治理农村电网电压过低问题的技术措施中,整体提高农村电网电压质量的方案值得关注。分析了农村电网的电压质量问题及其治理措施;介绍了统筹解决电压质量问题的县级电网全网电压无功优化控制系统的设计思路、技术基础及系统构成;提出了该系统的实施方案,并以工程实例分析了该系统实施后取得的良好效果。 The integrally improving of voltage quality in rural network is worth attention, based on the analysis of the causes which influence the voltage quality in rural network, and the countermeasures we are now taken. An implementing schemes for optimization control of voltage and reactive power in county network to solve low voltage problems including the train of thought in designing, technology foundation, system composition are introduced. The engineering example proves effective in implementation.
