摘要
配电网故障抢修水平取决于对故障的判断速度和各有关部门之间的配合程度。分析了一般配电网故障抢修流程中影响效率的因素,结合故障抢修管理(TCM)系统提出了配电网故障抢修流程的优化措施,通过典型案例印证了优化后配电网故障抢修流程对快速恢复电力供应、尽量减少社会影响方面的实际意义。
Level of emergency repair process is decided by the speed of judging fault and the degree of coopera- tion with relative department concerned in distribution network. Factors to influence efficiency in general emer- gency repair process are introduced, as well as optimization countermeasures combining with trouble call ma- nagement (TCM) system. Typical example shows that optimized emergency repair process can improve the speed of recovering electric power and reduce the social influence.
