IOLMaster 500和Lenstar LS900在白内障术前眼轴测量中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究IOLMaster 500和Lenstar LS900测量眼轴的检出率,及其与白内障LOCSⅢ分级的关系。方法采用前瞻性研究方法。白内障患者82例100只眼,术前按照LOCSⅢ分级标准进行白内障分级,分别应用IOLMaster500和Lenstar LS900测量眼轴长度(axial length,AL),计算检出率,用配对样本t检验分析2种仪器的检测结果是否一致,用卡方检验分析检出率与白内障分级是否相关。结果 IOLMaster 500检出率为73%,平均AL为(23.45±1.48)mm;Lenstar LS900检出率为70%,平均AL为(23.46±1.51)mm。两者测得的AL差异无统计学意义(t=2.248,P=0.189)。核混浊、皮质混浊、后囊下混浊分级对两者的检出率均有影响(均P<0.01)。结论 IOLMaster 500和LenstarLS900均能准确地测量大部分白内障患者的AL及白内障的严重程度,核混浊和后囊下混浊的程度影响测量结果。 Objective To study the axial length(AL)measurement success rate of IOLMaster 500 vs.Lenstar LS900 and its corretation with the cataract grade.Methods In this prospective study,100 eyes of 82 patients presenting with cataracts and scheduled for surgery were classified with LOCS Ⅲ,then measured on both IOLMaster 500 and Lenstar LS900.The success rate was compared with the paired samples t-test analysis,and the relationship of the success rate with the cataract grade was analyzed with the Chi-square test.Results The success rate of IOLMaster 500 and Lenstar LS900 was 73% and 70% respectively.The average AL values measured by IOLMaster 500 and Lenstar LS 900 were(23.45±1.48)and(23.46±1.51)mm,respectively.Both the measured AL had no significant difference(t=2.248,P=0.189).The grades of nuclear opacity,cortex opacity and posterior subcapsular caratact affected the success rate(P0.01).Conclusion IOLMaster 500 and Lenstar LS900 can accurately measure the AL of most cataract patients.The severity of the cataracts,especially the grades of nuclear opacity and posterior subcapsular opacities affects the measurement.
