摘要
基于美国不断以石油为利器削弱敌手的事实 ,作者指出 ,美国在“人权高于主权”、“人道主义干涉”的幌子下 ,对我国同样采取着“能源遏制”政策。就如何粉碎其地缘政治—资源图谋 ,作者提出了几点对策。
Based on the fact that the U.S.A.is constantly weakening its opponents with petroleum as a sharp weapon, the author points out in the article that it is also taking a policy of “human rights being superior to the sovereign rights”and “humanitarian intervention”.Meanwhile, the author proposes some counter-measures for crushing the conspiracy.
