本文剖析了小型石油企业华东石油局面临的宏观环境,显在及潜在竞争者,替代品和企业商业伙伴。结合企业内在特点 ,提出石油企业重新定位策略 。
This paper analyzes the macro environment, existing and potential competitors, substitution products and business partners that are confronting East-China Petroleum Bureau, a small-sized petroleum enterprise. In the light of the enterprises internal features, the paper proposes a re-positioning strategy and discusses its necessity and feasibility.
