摘要
本文针对现代科学技术研究发展的主要特征 ,我国高校科学技术研究现状及存在的问题做一些初步分析 ,并对如何提高高校科学技术研究的创新能力提出几点对策。
This article makes a primary analysis of the main characteristics in the development of modern scientific and technological researches. It also analyzes the existing state and problems in scientific and technological researches in colleges and universities; meanwhile, it puts forward several counter-measures applicable in increasing creative ability in scientific and technological researches of institutions of higher learning.
