论高校行政管理的道德特性

Study on Moral Characteristic of the Colleges and Universities Administration

高校行政管理,作为高校日常活动的重要组成部分,主要指的是学校组织的管理者依据一定的教育教学和管理目标,充分发挥其管理职能,基于一定的机构制度,采取一定的措施和手段来调动各方积极性的发挥,从而确保预定目标得以实现的组织活动。本文拟从高校的环境特性、主体特性及性质特点三个层面来阐释高校行政管理的道德特性。

As an important part of everyday activities,colleges and universities administration mainly refers to the school management according to certain teaching and management targets,giving full play to their management functions based on the agency system and make certain steps and measures to stimulate the initiative of the parties to fulfillment the objectives of the organization.This paper aims to illustrate moral characteristic of the colleges and universities administration from aspects of the environment quality,the main body features and nature characteristics of the university.
