摘要
在温度为22±1°,盐度为28的条件下,用不同培餐基对青岛海洋大学微藻种质库保存的筒柱藻Fylindrotheca fusiformis(MACC/B211)进行培养,测定了细胞的生长情况及脂肪酸组成。实验结果表明,用8F培养基((F/2培养基的16倍)培养5天后,达到的细胞密度最大(376.56×10^4细胞/mL)。用2F培养基培养,EPA含量最高(占总脂肪酸的18.1%)。细胞生长较好。
This paper reports the effects of different media on the growth and fatty acid compositions of marine diatom Cylindrotheca fusiformis. The alga was obtained from the Microalgae Culture Center (MACC), Ocean University of Qingdao. The culture was grown at 22±1C, the salinity was adjusted to 28 using distilled water. The results show that the optimum nutrition concentration for the proper growth rate, highest EPA content and relative lower cost was 2F (4 times of the F/2 medium). The highest cell density was 376.56 cell/mL after 5 days when using 8F and the highest EPA content was 18. l% when using 2F.
