酒店夜床服务标准化研究

夜床服务是高星级酒店程序化、规范化、个性化的一个重要服务项目。同其他服务项目一样,夜床服务也是增加酒店核心竞争力的重要因素。本文立足于当前酒店夜床服务过程中出现的各种问题,提出高星级酒店夜床服务的标准化体系构建,在此基础上寻求个性化的夜床服务。

Turn-down service is an important item in high star level hotels, which is programmed, normalized and personalized. As other service, turn-down service is an important factor to gain the core competence of hotels. We have found that there exists many problems in the procedure of turn-down service, so this paper will present the establishment of a standardized turn-down service system. After this, the essay will discuss how to own a personalized turn-down service.
