浙江省海宁皮革产业集群转型升级研究

产业集群的升级问题一直是集群研究领域的焦点之一。经济的全球化促使越来越多的发展中国家加入到国际市场竞争之中,许多地方产业集群也已经开始嵌入全球价值链。基于全球价值链的视角来研究产业升级,更符合长远发展的需求,也更具研究意义。本文通过研究全球价值链驱动力和微笑曲线的移动,来探索产业转型升级的四种不同途径,并通过问卷调查和实地走访相结合的研究方法,对海宁皮革产业集群进行实地调研,找出其存在的问题和转型升级的关键因素,提出可行有效的升级对策。

Upgrading of industrial clusters is always the focus in the field of cluster research.The globalization of economy make more and more developing countries into the international market competition, with many local industrial clusters has also begun into the global value chain. Based on the global value chain perspective to study the industrial upgrading,more in line with the needs of the development of the Iong-te＇rm, more research significance. This paper through the study of global value chain driven and the smile curve movement to explore the industrial upgrading of four different ways,and investigate of Haining leather industry cluster through the research method of combining questionnaire survey and field visits, find out the existing problems and the key factors of industrial upgrading, puts forward feasible and effective upgrade countermeasure.
