酒钢100m^3竖炉的发展与生产实践

Development and Production Practice of 100 m 3 Shaft Furnaces in Jiuquan Steel Co.

针对酒钢桦树沟弱磁性铁矿石竖炉焙烧生产工艺 ,通过多年的生产实践与改造 ,现已形成焙烧 1 5～5 0mm小块铁矿石的双层燃烧室竖炉和焙烧 5 0～ 1 0 0mm大块铁矿石的单、双层燃烧室竖炉并存的格局。文中介绍了 1 0 0m3 竖炉在酒钢的发展与应用。

Through many years' production practice and transformation,a pattern has been formed in the shaft furnace plant for roasting Huashugou feebly magnetic iron ore which consists of two-layer combustion chamber shaft furnaces for 15～ 50 mm small iron ore and single-and two-layer combustion chamber shaft furnaces for 50～ 100 mm large iron ore.The development and application of 100 m 3 shaft furnaces in Jiuquan steel Co.are descirbed.
