The paper analyzes the status quo, characters and advantages of industrial layouts of Guangxi agriculture and cultivation regions, explains the necessity of their industrial planning and layout adjustments and puts forward the counter- measures to expedite the optimization of the industrial layouts of Guangxi agriculture and cultivation regions.
