To strengthen human resourees management in western region SMEs has great significance for the reinforce- ment of the enterprises＇ internal driving force and their rapid development. The paper analyzes the existing problems of hu- man resources management in western region SMEs and puts forward some solutions to the problems, such as the building of a scientific human resources management system and the improvement of performance management.
