摘要
加强西部地区中小企业人力资源管理对增强西部地区中小企业的内在驱动力,加快自身发展具有重要意义。文章分析了西部地区中小企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题。并提出建立科学的人力资源管理体系、提高管理绩效及促进西部地区中小企业发展的对策建议。
To strengthen human resourees management in western region SMEs has great significance for the reinforce- ment of the enterprises' internal driving force and their rapid development. The paper analyzes the existing problems of hu- man resources management in western region SMEs and puts forward some solutions to the problems, such as the building of a scientific human resources management system and the improvement of performance management.
