Talent is a primary resources and safeguards the development of the organization like water resources and elec- trical power survey and design. Based on the importance of talent, the paper elaborates some effective ways to retain talent such as, salary and welfare, sound training system, retaining talent framework and so on to provide intellectual support for the rapid development such organization.
