国有企业思想政治工作是国有企业改革发展稳定的有力保证。当前,国有企业的思想政治工作还存在认识不到位、力量不够、载体不丰富、动力不足、激励不健全等不足。面对新形势、新任务,加强和改进国有企业思想政治工作,关键在加强党的领导,重点在改革创新,根本在于推进工作实现科学化、制度化。
