The work of trade union of an enterprise is an important part of the mass work of CPC, is the bridge and tie connecting CPC and the mass and is the organizer and the implementer of the work policies of CPC. In order to organize the work of trade union effectively, the paper holds that the trade union should know the situation and the work, enhance its sense of responsibility and emission, fully take advantage of the functional role of the union, protect the staffs＇ rights, stimu- late the staffs＇ innovation ability and promote the harmonious development of an enterprise.
