摘要 通过对6A02铝合金试验件进行SEM原位观测实验,研究了其微裂纹扩展规律:对无腐蚀条件下西谷弘信裂纹扩展公式进行了修正;通过引入腐蚀系数来反映腐蚀对6A02铝合金材料试验件的微裂纹扩展速率的影响,得到了腐蚀系数与腐蚀年限、加载应力的数学关系。 Through SEM in-situ experiments of 6A02 aluminum alloy test pieces, the small crack growth law was studied The Nisitani H. formula for crack propagation was corrected under the condition of no corrosion. The effect of corrosion was emphasized on small crack growth rate of 6A02 aluminum test pieces by introducing corrosive factor. The fitting curve between corrosive factor and time and loading stress was revealed.
