摘要
我单位于2008年新建了3台储存液化气的球罐。其中有两台1000 m3球罐和一台2000 m3的球罐。本文以2000 m3的球罐(材质为Q370R,厚度为46 mm)为例,从施工前的准备阶段、现场安装阶段、压力试验介绍球罐焊接的质量控制。
In 2008,three new spherical tanks of liquefied natural gas were installed in my factory.It consisted of two size of 1000 m3 spherical tanks and one size of 2000 m3 spherical tank.Taking the installation of 2000 m3 spherical tank（material of Q370R,and a thickness of 46 mm） as an example,from its preparation of pre-construction stage,on-site installation stage and pressure test,the spherical tank＇s spot welding quality control was tntroduced.
