摘要
惠州炼油1200万吨/年常减压装置常减顶瓦斯在加热炉燃烧导致加热炉效率、环保、安全等方面受到影响,所以设计常减顶瓦斯回收压缩机,将常减顶瓦斯回收并送至催化,通过其干气送出。该压缩机一次投用成功,并解决加热炉环保和安全方面的问题。
The CDU of Huizhou Refinery,which processed twelve million ton crude oil per year,dealt with the low press gas by furnaces,however,it can not stop the negative influence on the furnace efficiency,environment-protecting and safety.So the low pressure gas can be increased pressure by compressor,sent to FCC unit,and mixed with dry gas.By now,the compressor succeed in application and solving the problem on the environment-protecting and safety of the furnace.
