摘要
中国石油广西石化分公司2.4 Mt/a年柴油加氢精制装置采用UOP工艺包,应用抚研的FH-UDS超低脱硫催化剂对催化裂化柴油和部分直馏柴油进行加氢精制,装置运行平稳,产品质量合格,原料脱硫率98.48%,脱氮率98.99%,均达到指标要求,装置综合能耗为8.638 kgEo/t,低于设计要求。
2.4 Mt/a diesel Unionfining Unit(DHT) of Guangxi Petrochemical Company,CNPC,licensed by UOP process FCC diesel and straight run diesel with FH-UDS desulfurization catalyst provided by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals(FRIPP).Currently,the unit ran stable with on-spec product.The targets of feed sulfur removal rate(98.48%) and the nitrogen removal rate(98.99%) were met the standards and the overall energy consumption was 8.638 kgEo/t lower than the design value.
