论述了人才培养方案的地位和作用以及人才培养方案制定原则,阐述了化学工程与工艺专业人才培养方案的制定过程,深入调研;分析总结;精心设计;科学论证四个步骤。新制定的人才培养方案有科学合理的"平台-模块"课程体系,有利于高级应用型人才的培养。

The status and function of talent training scheme were elaborated,and the principle and process of the formation of talents training scheme were discussed.Four steps contributed to the formation of talent training scheme for the undergraduate specialty of chemical engineering and technology,including deep investigation,logical analysis,detail design,and reasonable argument.In the end,a scientific curriculum system called ＂Platform Module＂ was proposed,which was believed to favor the cultivation of senior application-oriented talents.
