摘要
提出了一种基于独立分量分析(ICA)的源信号波形与波达方向(DOA)联合估计方法。首先对观测数据进行降维;然后对降维的数据进行ICA处理,进而获得源信号波形与混合矩阵;接着,利用旋转不变技术估计出DOA;最后定义一个相似度函数进行DOA与相应源信号波形匹配。仿真实验表明,该方法具有较好的估计精度和角度分辨率,而且能够恢复出不同入射方向上源信号的波形。
A joint estimation approach for envelope and direction-of-arrival (DOA) of source signals based on independent component analysis (ICA) is presented in this paper. Firstly, the proposed approach reduces the dimension of the array output, and then estimates the envelope of source signals and the mixing matrix by ICA technique. After that, it estimates DOA by rotational invariance techniques. At last, a similarity measure function is defined to match the DOA and the corresponding source signal. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach has high precision and angle resolution, and it can restore the source signal in different directions.
