摘要
为在台车试验中准确复现车身B柱加速度波形,以机械式缓冲吸能器及其钢板布置为研究对象,分析了碰撞中台车位移、钢板位移和钢板长度三者的关系;通过台车模拟试验过程的仿真,揭示了不同长度单片钢板的加速度特性和碰撞初速度对它的影响,以及单片钢板的半脱离特性。最后总结出台车试验中钢板的布置方法,利用它可复现任何碰撞波形。
For accurately reproducing the acceleration waveform of B pillar in sled test, the mechanical en- ergy absorber and the layout of steel plates are studied to analyze the relationships among sled displacement, steel plate displacement and the length of steel plates. A simulation on sled test with single steel plate is conducted and the acceleration characteristic and its response to different crash velocities as well as its half falling-off characteristic are revealed. Finally, the layout scheme of steel plates in mechanical energy absorber is summarized, with which any acceleration waveform can be reproduced.
