The Selection of Seat Cushion Angle and the Improvement of Constraint System for Frontal Crash

摘要 利用碰撞仿真分析软件MADYMO建立了某轿车驾驶员约束系统正面碰撞模型;利用该模型分析了坐垫倾角的影响。结果表明当坐垫倾角为25°时,对乘员有着较好的保护。对影响HIC值的设计参数进行灵敏度分析,并据此对材料特性和结构尺寸进行修改,改进后的头部损伤指标下降达43.4%。 MADYMO software is used to establish a driver constraint system model for frontal crash, with which the effects of seat cushion angle are analyzed. The results show that the occupant has a better protection at a seat cushion angle of 25°. Then a sensitivity analysis on the design parameters affecting HIC value is conducted. Based on its results the material properties and structural dimension are modified, leading to a reduction of 43.4 % in HIC.
