摘要 建立了基于ANSYS的汽车驱动桥壳的参数化有限元模型,在最大垂向力工况下对桥壳进行静力分析,得到桥壳的应力和位移分布规律。对桥壳进行模态分析,得到桥壳1~5阶固有振动频率。通过疲劳寿命分析,获得桥壳各部分的疲劳寿命和安全系数。最后采用目标驱动优化方法对桥壳进行以轻量化为目标的优化。有限元分析和试验验证结果表明,优化后桥壳轻量化效果明显,应力与变形符合要求。 A parametric finite element model for vehicle drive axle housing is established with ANSYS. The distributions of stress and displacement are obtained by static analysis under the maximum vertical loading condi- tion. 1 st to 5th natural frequencies are determined through modal analysis. The fatigue life and safety factor of the drive axle housing are also obtained via fatigue life analysis. Finally an optimization is conducted on axle housing aimed at lightweighting with goal-driven optimization scheme. The results of verification by both FEA and test show that the optimized axle housing has apparent lightweighting effects with its highest stress and maximum deformation meeting requirements.
