摘要 在常温浸泡672h的过程中,研究燃油管在乙醇、生物柴油、碳酸二甲脂和0#柴油中的腐蚀溶胀性能。结果表明,油管在乙醇中浸泡后的质量变化率最小,在生物柴油和碳酸二甲脂中浸泡后外径的变化率均大于柴油。在柴油、乙醇和生物柴油浸泡后油管的硬度降低。在乙醇中浸泡后油管表面出现喷霜,且随时间增长而加剧。在3种含氧燃料中乙醇对燃油管的腐蚀性最强。相似相溶和溶剂性是造成油管质量、外径和外观变化的主要原因;橡胶在不同溶液中溶胀度的差异是造成油管硬度变化的根本原因。 The corrosion/swelling performances of fuel pipe in ethanol, biodiesel, dimethyl carbonate and 0# diesel are studied during the course of normal temperature immersion for 672h. The results show that after im- mersion the mass changing rate of fuel pipe in ethanol is the minimum, The changing rate of the outer diameter of fu- el pipe in biodiesel and dimethyl carbonate are larger than that in 0# diesel. The hardness of fuel pipe in diesel, ethanol and biodiesel reduces. A ' blooming' phenomenon appears on the surface of fuel pipe after immersion in ethanol and exacerbates with time. Ethanol is the most corrosive for fuel pipe among the three oxygenated fuels. The principle of ' like dissolves like' and solvability of fuels are the main reason for the changes in mass, outer diameter and appearance of fuel pipe; while the differences in the degree of swelling of rubber in different solutions are the radical cause of hardness change of fuel pipe.
