摘要
应用弹塑性理论和非线性有限元分析方法,建立了某工程车辆驾驶室的非线性有限元模型,通过有限元分析,得到该驾驶室侧向载荷-位移曲线。结果表明,与上一代采用型材的驾驶室相比,采用冲压件的新驾驶室在吸能和极限承载力方面有明显的优越性,加快了新产品的开发过程。
A finite element model for the cab of a construction vehicle is established by applying elastoplas- ticity theory and nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) technique. The lateral load vs. displacement curve of the cab is obtained through FEA. The results show that compared with the former cab consisting of section bars, the new cab made of stamping panels has obvious advantage in energy absorption and ultimate load bearing capacity, speed- ing up the process of new product development.
