关联分析在植物育种中的应用现状 被引量:4

摘要 关联分析是近年来出现的一种对QTL进行定位的方法。本文综述了关联分析在材料选择、群体结构分析、标记应用、表型分析、统计方法等方面的应用现状和存在的问题。
