10株白僵菌菌株形态学与分子鉴定

Morphological and Molecular Identification of 10 Beauveria bassiana Strains

对10株白僵菌属菌株的菌落形态、产孢结构和分生孢子形状、大小作了观察与测量,形态学鉴定为球孢白僵菌。同时对此10株球孢白僵菌核糖体DNA-ITS进行了测序分析,与NCBI数据库中的球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)多个菌株的同源性达99.10%～99.64%。依此,10株白僵菌菌株分子鉴定结果为球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)。

In this study, the colony morphology, spore structure and spore shape and size of 10 Beauveria strains were observed and measured, and they were initially identified as Beauveria bassiana. At the same time, their ribosomal DNA - ITS were sequenced and compared with that of Beauveria bassiana in NCBI database. The results showed the homology was 99. 10%-99. 64%. Eventually these 10 strains were identified as Beauveria bassiana.
