摘要 多座焦炉并联生产条件下,集气管压力控制对象存在复杂的耦合关系,且尚无精确的数学模型.在分析了集气管耦合关系的前提下,提出了基于规则的补偿解耦算法.通过分管控制补偿和设定点动态调整,实现了焦炉组内、组间并联解耦;通过规则控制,实现焦炉与鼓风机串联解耦.该算法也可用于其它类似的耦命系统. When several coke ovens are connected in parallel, there are many external disturbancing factors,as well as complex coupling relations. So the discharge header pressure system of coke oven is a complex multi-variable control system and there is no mathematical model up to now. A rule-based compensated decoupling arithmetic was given on the basis of analyzing coupling relations. By the use of the arithmetic, the decoupling control systems are achieved in the coke oven group, among coke oven groups, as well as between coke ovens and the blower . It is convenient to use this arithmetic for other similar coupling system.
