摘要
本文对某国外进口的滚珠丝杠副螺母进行了化学成分、显微硬度、金相组织等检测。结果表明,该螺母的材料对应于国内的15Cr钢;其外圆及内螺纹表面经渗碳处理,淬火后的组织为马氏体+碳化物+少量残余奥氏体,具有高硬度的特点;心部为条束状铁素体+珠光体组织,硬度较低但韧性良好。因此,该螺母可以满足其服役条件的技术要求。
Through test and analysis on chemical composition, microhardness and microstructure of the im- ported ball screw nut, it is found that the raw material of the nut is similar to domestic 15Cr steel. Its cylindrical surface and internal thread surface have been carburized and quenched, so they possess high hardness due to their microstructure of martensite, carbides and a few residual austenite. The microstructure of the nut core consists of ferrite banding and pearlite with lower microhardness and good toughness. Therefore the nut can meet the technical requirements for its use conditions.
