摘要
阐述了隧道喷浆机器人的结构和动作原理,介绍了液压系统的设计原理、工作控制方式及采取的节能措施,以及采用CAD软件设计液压集成块的优越性。实验证明,该隧道喷浆机器人液压系统设计方案行之有效。
The structure and action principle of the tunnel shotcreting robot are described in this paper Design principle,working control methods and measures of energy saving are introduced about the hydraulic system. The hydraulic integrated blocks are of advantage by CAD. It is proved that plan of the robot hydraulic system is effective.
