基于创业失败案例的高职大学生创业能力培养策略研究

Research on Training Strategies of Higher Vocational College Student's Entrepreneurship Abilities Based on Entrepreneurship Failure Cases

基于对24个创业失败案例的分析,指出了高职大学生应具备的创业能力,认为高职院校应采取"构建课程体系,扎实做好创业教育理论教学","创建实训系统,为学生提供参与创业实践活动的机会"和"配备专门教师,为创业学生提供针对性指导"等策略,增强大学生创业能力培养的效果。

Based on the analysis of 24 entrepreneurship failure cases, this paper pointed out entrepreneurship abilities that higher vocational college students should have, and holds that higher vocational colleges should take some strategies to strengthen the training effect of college students＂ entrepreneurship abilities, such as constructing curriculum system to en- hance theory teaching of entrepreneurship education, creating training system to provide students with the chance to partici- pate in entrepreneurial activities and equipping with professional teachers to provide entrepreneurial students with specific guidance.
