Study on Talent Demand of Employing Unit and Employing Situation of Graduates——Based on the Survey of a Polytechnic College Campus Recruitment

如何开展、以什么形式开展校园招聘会一直以来是毕业生、学校以及用人单位三方共同关注的问题。通过调查,全面了解用人单位的招聘现状、用工需求,毕业生的基本情况、就业意愿、就业观念及其对学校就业指导工作的看法等问题,分析毕业生在就业过程中的问题,并指出原因,为广大毕业生就业以及学校人才培养工作提供参考依据。

How to carry out and in what form to carry out campus recruitment has always been the common concern among the graduates, the schools and the employers. This survey helps to get a comprehensive understanding of the status of the employers＂ recruitment and their employment requirements, as well as the basic situation, the employment will and the concept of employment guidance of the graduates. This thesis intends to find out the problems existing in the course of graduates＂ employment and to provide references for personnel training to the majority of graduates and schools.
