《普洛登报告》对西北农村学前教育的启示

摘要 《普洛登报告》中提到:"要大力发展幼儿教育,大量增加保育设施的数量,尤其要在教育不发达的地区尽快设立‘教育优先地区’"。"教育优先地区"的提议旨在改善经济落后地区的教育机会不均等状况。因此,这个提议对于推动我国西北农村地区学前教育的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 " Plowden Report" argues that "government should develop preschool education . Childcare facilities should be increased substantial, especially set up the "Educational Priority Area "in those areas where education is less developed as soon as possible. " The proposal of "Educational Priority Areas" aimed at improving the inequality of educational opportunity among regions. Therefore, in rural areas of Northwest China, the proposal will generate certain signitieance in promoting preschool education.
