摘要
以非英语专业一年级50名学生在词汇自由联想测试中所写出的词汇为语料,研究对比了英汉两组受试对10个高频词的语义联想过程。结果表明,二语学习者和本族语者的词汇知识在心理词库中的存储方式和提取路径上是一致的,但前者的词汇知识在广度和深度层面还亟待提升和完善。
The Chinese and English test -takers' process of semantic association for the 10 high -frequency testing words are compared and analyzed on the basis of the corpora obtained from the lexical experiment of free association on 50 non - Eng- lish majors of first grade. The result shows that L2 and L1 learners' vocabulary knowledge are similar concerning the storage and access in mental lexicon, while L2 learners' vocabulary width and depth are far from satisfactory.
