HPLC法测定参花通脉胶囊中丹参素钠的含量

Determination of danshensu sodium in shenhuatongmai capsules by HPLC

目的:研究参花通脉胶囊质量控制方法。方法:采用TIANHE C1(8200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-0.15%冰醋酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相;流速0.8 mL.min-1;检测波长280 nm,柱温为室温。结果:丹参素钠进样量在2.5～25 mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.71%,RSD为0.81%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可作为参花通脉胶囊的质量控制方法。

Objective： To study the method of controlled quality for shenhuatongmai capsule and determine the content of danshensu sodium in shenhuatongmai capsules by HPLC. Methods： Using the TIANHE Cls （200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column, its mobile phase was methanol 0.15% acetic acid （10：90）. The flow velocity was 0.8 mL·min^-1 and the detective wavelength of Danshensu sodium was 280 nm, and the temperature of the column was room temperature. Results： It was showed that the Danshensu sodium had a good linearity within the range of 2.5-25mg/L, the average recovery was 99.71%, and RSD=0.81%（n=6）. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate for determination of danshensu sodium in shenhuatongmai capsules.
