2型糖尿病患者血栓形成机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 2型糖尿病患者多罹患心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD),其基本病理机制是动脉粥样硬化,患者常因动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂而引发急性动脉血栓形成并导致心肌梗死。与非糖尿病患者相比,2型糖尿病患者有更高的心肌梗死的风险。许多研究显示,在此过程中止凝血系统参与并产生重要作用。本文就近年来2型糖尿病患者相关因素改变对血栓形成影响的研究综述如下。1血小板的改变在糖尿病患者血浆中,血小板病理l生活化以及对活化诱导剂反应性增强是血栓形成过程中的关键环节。在动脉粥样斑块破裂后,血小板迅速活化并且聚集能力显著增强。由于血小板在一期止血过程中的粘附、聚集功能是二期止血(凝血活化)的前期条件,因此同样也是动脉血栓形成的重要基础。在糖尿病中,病理性刺激导致大量高反应性的新生血小板从骨髓释放,并在血栓并发症中起关键作用。
