The horticultural industry taking vegetable, fruit, flower as the main body is an highly open and competitive industry in agricultural economy. After analyzing the innovation status, existing issues and countermeasure for Henan horticultural industry, the article concludes that how to use science and technology innovation to cultivate characteristic product, form brand effect, enhance competition ability is the problem that need to be solved urgently at present.
