摘要
初步总结一套灰树花工厂化周年栽培技术,包括培养基的选择、装袋、灭菌、接种、发菌、开袋、出菇管理、采收、废料再利用等内容。并讨论原基状态与出菇的关系,开袋时机掌握,出菇阶段管理与产量的关系。
This article preliminarily summed up a set of factory anniversary cultivation techniques of Grifolafiondosa, including media selection, bagging, vaccination, training, cut bag, mushroom management, harvest, waste reuse etc. The relationship between primordium state and the mushroom, and the relation between the timing of opening bag, the mushroom management and the yield were discussed.
