论高校学生社区思想政治工作的实效性——基于人性化理论视角

Brief Analysis on the Pragmaticality of Political and Ideological Education in University Community Based on Humanity

从人性理论出发,不但要考虑人的自然属性,更应该关注大学生的社会性需求和精神需求,才能从根本上解决思想政治教育接受机理的变化问题,大学生社区思想政治教育工作才能真正体现出实效性。有鉴于此,大学生社区的思想政治教育机制,理应从物质环境入手,从思想观念、情感培养切入,以精神文化营建为目标追求,最终将大学生社区建成他们精神归依的家园。

The ideological and political work is instructed by human and targets on human. From the point of hu- manity, we should not only consider human＇s natural qualities, but also put focus on social and spiritual demands of the university students who are the young intellectuals of the country. Only in this way, the variety of accept- ance mechanism about the ideological and political work can be radically solved, thus its pragmaticality can be tru- ly reflected. According to them, the mechanism of ideological and political education in university community should start with physical environment, concentrate on ideas and feelings cultivation, and aim at cultural and spir- itual construction. The university community can be finally constructed as homes for students in aspects of com- fortable living condition, harmonious environment and rich minds. Only with the benign interaction of those two approaches will the ideological and political education in university community be of pragmaticality.
