大变形管线钢力学性能变化规律的研究

摘要 针对铁素体+贝氏体组织类型的大变形管线钢,重点统计分析了钢板、制管后、时效后力学性能变化规律,主要是屈服强度、抗拉强度、屈强比、均匀延伸率等指标。试验结果表明,制管前后、时效前后屈服强度分别增加了54MPa、12MPa,抗拉强度变化不大,屈强比分别增加0.08、0.01,均匀延伸率分别降低了3.7%、1.2%,钢板及钢管均具有较强的抗变形能力。 For the ferrite and bainite microstructure of pipeline steel, the change rules of mechanical properties of steel plate were statistically analyzed after piping and ageing. The main properties index included yield strength ( Rt 0.5 ) , tensile strength(Rm), flexor strength ratio (Rt 0.5/Rm) and uniform elongation (UEL). The result showed that the Rt 0. 5 increased respectively 53 MPa and 12 MPa, the Rm changed little, the Rt 0.5/Rm increased by 0.08 and 0.01 ,the UEL reduced by 3.7% and 1.2% before and after piping and ageing. The steel plate and the pipe steel both have high deformation resistance.
