分析宿迁金鑫绩效考核现状，重点介绍班组日绩效考核的推进过程并就推进过程存在的问题进行分析，提出解决办法。
By analyzing the situation of performance examination of Jinxin Steel Rolling Co. , Ltd. of Suqian, the paper mainly introduces advancing process of daily team performance examination and existing problems in implementing. Some solutions are put forward.
