民办高校导师制的特殊性研究——以北京吉利大学为例

Research on the Particularity of Tutorial System in Private University——Taking Beijing Geely University for Example

近年来,我国部分高校包括民办高校开始在本科生、高职高专学生中实行导师制的教育制度,但是,这毕竟是一个新的课题,没有现成的模式可以照搬。基于此,本文以北京吉利大学为例,从导师制产生的根源、学校的教育模式以及学校的生源特点等方面展开分析,在此基础上提出适合民办高校导师制的对策建议。

The education institution of the tutorial system has been implementing for undergraduates and vocational and technical students in many universities and colleges including private universities in China recently, which is a new subject. There is no an available mode that can be imitated after all. Based on it, the thesis taking BGU for example excogitates the particularity of tutorial system in private universities. The particularity lies in the root of the tutorial system, the educational model and the characteristics of the students of university. The tutorial system suitable for private university is put forward according to the partieularity.
