应用型本科法学教育实现路径探析——北京城市学院法学专业人才培养方案改革研究

Analysis of Approaches to the Application-oriented Undergraduate Law Education——Research on the Reform of Personnel Training Program of Law Education of Beijing City University

本文以北京城市学院法学专业的人才培养方案的改革为实例,在明确应用型法学教育面临的主要问题的基础上,从明确专业办学思想和指导方针、确立更具体的人才培养目标、构建立体化的人才培养维度,推进无限接近实务的教学方法、探索多元化的考试评价方法等五个方面探析了应用型本科法学教育实现的路径。

The paper is to explore and analyze the approaches to the application-oriented undergraduate law education taking the reform of personnel training program of law education of Beijing City University as the example on the basis of the major problems. The application-oriented law education are faced with in five aspects： to make clear thoughts and guiding principles, to build more specific personnel training goals, to establish personnel training dimensions, to promote teaching methods that are infinitely close to the practice and to exolore diverse examination and evaluation methods.
