中等师范学校心理学教学改革的几点思考

Some Ideas about the Reform of Psychology Teaching in Secondary Normal Schools

心理学是师范类学校学生的专业课,该课程的学习对师范生将来做好教学工作,提高自身心理素质具有重要的作用。但心理学教学在教学内容、教学方法、考核等方面仍存在不少问题。针对这种现状,本文对心理学教学改革进行探讨,提出了课程、教材、教法、学法、考核等"五位一体"综合教改的实践操作构思,目的是建立心理学教学的整体观,倡导心理学教学的生活观,确立心理学教学的学生主体观,强化心理学课堂教学的实效观,落实心理学教学的实践观。

Psychology is the professional course of Normal School students and the better learning of it will has an important role in helping the students to improve their psychological diathesis and to do better work in their future work. But there are really problems in psychology teaching, such as the teaching content, the teaching approaches, the teaching assessment, etc. Based on the present situation, this paper discusses the reform of psychology teaching and puts forward the idea of practical operation on comprehensive teaching re- form. That is the ＂Five in one model＂ which integrates the course, the teaching materials, teaching approa- ches, learning methods and teaching assessment. The aim is to establish the overall concept of psychology teaching, to advocate the life values of psychology teaching, to try to be student-oriented in psychology teaching, to strengthen the view of the effect of psychological teaching, and to implement the view of psychology teaching practice.
