The economic development of our country enters the phase of assault fortified positions which have to change the mode of economic development. During thus new period, the national economic construction to the construction of the Communist Party of China in state-owned enterprise raises new demand. Therefore, the construction of the Communist Party of China and ideological and political work play an irre- placeable role to the reform and development of state-owned enterprise. As above mentioned, to be confront- ed with perfect timing of the grass roots construction year, how the local state-owned enterprises can grasp the chance and complete the higher level development, the party construction and ideological and political work have a brilliant future. To strengthen ＂three type＂ of the construction of the Communist Party of China not only can strengthen the political core effect of the party organizations in the state-owned enterprises, but also is the booster of production management.
