摘要
目的 探讨运动传导速度和肌肉复合动作电位对脱髓鞘型与轴索型格林- 巴利综合征(Guillain -Barresyndrome,GBS) 的康复评定价值。方法 对GBS用皮肤电极记录进行运动传导速度的连续测定,并对结果进行分析。结果 脱髓鞘型GBS运动传导速度减慢在康复期的相当长时间内仍保持严重程度,轴索型GBS的运动传导速度在急性期和康复期均正常或基本正常;肌肉复合动作电位波幅变化二者基本相平行,在病后第1 周内已明显降低,4 周以后好转。结论 肌肉复合动作电位可以作为GBS康复评定的主要指标。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of motor conduction velocities and compound muscle action potentials in the recovery of the patients with Guillain Barre syndrome(GBS).MethodsThe motor conduction velocity of the patients with GBS,including demyelinating and axonal types was sequentially determined with surface electrode and the results were analysed. ResultsThe motor conduction velocity was much slower than normal value in acute phase of the demyelinating type and the state lasted so long that it was still very severe even in recovery period. However the motor conduction velocity was normal or approxinately normal in both acute and recovery period of the axonal types. The change of the amplitudes of compound muscle action potential showed no difference between demyelinating and axonal types.The amplitudes decreased obviously in the first week of the onset, but they began to rise 4 weeks after the onset and gradually reached normal level. ConclusionThe compound muscle action potential may be regarded as one of the important indications for evaluating recovery of GBS.
