影响强化戊二醛杀菌效果因素的实验研究

STUDY ON FACTORS INFLUENCING GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF GLUTARALDEHYDE

目的 探讨强化戊二醛杀菌效果的影响因素，提高该消毒液的杀菌效果。方法 分别对消毒液的酸碱度、温度、作用时间、有机物（血清）等条件，设置不同的变量值，选用几种试验菌做杀菌试验。结果２ ％ 强化戊二醛在常规条件下，对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率在９９．９０ ％ 以上，对枯草杆菌黑色变种杀灭率为９０ ．２６ ％ 。同时检出了在不同变量条件下的细菌杀灭率。结论 强化戊二醛的杀菌效果随着ｐＨ 值的增加、温度的升高、作用时间的延长而提高，随着有机物浓度的增加而减弱。

ObjectiveTo explore the factors influencing germicidal efficacy of glutaraldehyde,so as to improve its germicidal efficacy.MethodsThe germicidal experiments were done separately on some test bacteria under the states of the different pH value, temperature, contact time and organic substance. ResultsUnder normal condifion,killing rate of 2 % intensive glutaraldehyde on S.aureaus,E.coli and C.albicans was above 99.99 %,and that on B.subtilis Var.niger was 90.26 %.Meanwhile,the killing rate was examined under different conditions.ConclusionGlutaraldehyde increases its killing effect with pH increase,higher temperature and loger acting time,but decreased its action with more organic substance.
