摘要
新传媒时代的到来,使高校共青团工作面临着严峻的挑战,但也为其融入新元素、审视新定位提供了难得的机遇。本文据此分析了高校共青团组织定位、职能定位和文化定位,指出在组织定位上应进一步凸显其群众组织特色;在职能定位上应进一步强调围绕中心、服务大局,即围绕党政工作中心、教育教学中心,服务育人目标和青年学生成长成才;而在文化定位上应进一步体现"实事求是"的价值追求、" 朝气蓬勃"的精神风貌、" 勤于学习、善于创造、甘于奉献、勇于实践"的作风形象。
The arrival of the new media era,not only makes the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities face severe challenges,but also blends in the new elements and provides a rare opportunity for looking at the new location.The paper analyzes the organizational orientation,functional orientation and cultural orientation of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,and points out that in the organizational orientation it should further highlight its mass organization characteristics;In the functional orientation it should emphasize on being around the center and serving the overall situation,namely being around the work center of party and government,around the education and teaching center,around the service educational target and young students' growing and being successful;And in cultural orientation it should further reflect the value pursuit of"seeking truth from facts",the mental outlook of"full of youthful spirit",and the style image of"diligent study,being good at creating,and willing to devote and practice".
